The Ultimate Human Experience debuts at Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025
Community-focused wellness activation runs across Kite Beach for 30 days
DUBAI – Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025 has kicked off across the city, and the latest addition to the wellness landscape comes from UH Holdings Limited.
Its subsidiary, The Ultimate Human Wellness Clinic, is joining as an Association Partner in a three-year collaboration with Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), under the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
The initiative marks the Clinic’s official entry into Dubai’s integrated longevity and preventive health ecosystem ahead of its full-scale launch in 2026. As part of the Dubai 30x30 challenge, UH Holdings and its Wellness Clinic have introduced “The Ultimate Human Experience” at the DP World 30x30 Fitness Village Kite Beach. This first-of-its-kind, month-long activation integrates science, fitness, and community engagement and runs from 1 to 30 November 2025.
The experience is open to residents and visitors, combining expert guidance, interactive sessions, and innovative health programming. Set to establish the GCC’s flagship longevity and preventive health hub, the Clinic will offer advanced diagnostics, science-backed solutions, and personalised wellness programmes under one roof.
The Ultimate Human Wellness Clinic
The Ultimate Human Wellness Clinic brings world-class expertise to Dubai, led by founder Gary Brecka. Its approach starts with 360° diagnostics, utilising DNA analysis, biomarker testing, and imaging to identify individual health risks and deficiencies. Based on these insights, tailored interventions including lifestyle optimisation, micronutrient guidance, supplements, and targeted therapies aim to enhance long-term health and longevity.

The Clinic’s launch aligns with Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda, which seeks to position the city as a global hub for wellbeing, longevity, and quality of life. The agenda emphasises growth in next-generation health sectors and encourages private-sector collaboration to support active living and wellness.
Shahram Ardalan, Chairman of UH Holdings, said the partnership reflects a commitment to advancing Dubai’s wellness landscape, building healthier communities, and making preventive health an integral part of daily life.
The Ultimate Human experience
The 30-day programme at Kite Beach features four immersive zones: Mindset, Activate, Focus, and Reset. Each zone integrates mental, physical, and recovery practices inspired by the science of longevity. Activities include daily fitness classes, guided meditation and breathwork sessions, mobility and recovery workshops, and educational talks hosted by Gary Brecka and other regional and international health experts.
Highlighting inclusivity, the activation also introduces Ultimate Women Thursdays, offering women-only wellness sessions. These include specialised classes, mindfulness workshops, and health-focused discussions centred on female longevity. Participants can earn digital “Longevity Pins” for completing challenges across each zone, unlocking prizes and incentives to promote consistent engagement.
Gary Brecka noted the importance of helping individuals understand what fuels energy and supports recovery, enabling people to unlock their full potential. The programme demonstrates how preventive health and fitness can seamlessly integrate into everyday life.
Community engagement
Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of DFRE, emphasised the value of the collaboration in promoting science-based innovation and community wellness. He explained that initiatives like The Ultimate Human Experience enhance accessibility and motivation, reinforcing Dubai’s global reputation in human performance and quality of life.
By combining fitness, diagnostics, and interactive learning, the activation provides a unique model for preventive health. Its focus on inclusivity, science-backed strategies, and long-term engagement offers residents and visitors a holistic perspective on wellness.
Looking ahead
The Ultimate Human Wellness Clinic aims to transform Dubai’s preventive health ecosystem. With a full launch planned for 2026, the Clinic will establish a central hub for longevity services, bringing together diagnostics, science-driven interventions, and personalised wellness programmes.
This launch also complements Dubai Fitness Challenge’s broader mission, initiated by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Now in its ninth edition, DFC encourages residents to commit to 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 days, featuring flagship events including Dubai Run, Dubai Ride, Dubai Stand Up Paddle, and Dubai Yoga, along with three Fitness Villages and 30 Fitness Hubs citywide.
The Ultimate Human Wellness Clinic represents the next stage of Dubai’s evolving wellness landscape, demonstrating how innovative science, preventive health, and community engagement converge to create measurable improvements in quality of life.
